Job Description We are looking for an experienced Odoo Implementer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves overseeing the full implementation cycle, from requirement gathering to go-live, ensuring the solutions align with business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of business processes, and the ability to train and support end users.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client requirements and document them accurately.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules according to business needs.
  • Customize settings and reports to fit each client’s requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on Odoo usage.
  • Prepare documentation and user manuals for delivered projects.
  • Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Odoo implementation.
  • Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchases, Accounting, Inventory, HR).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
